Shipping & Delivery
All orders ship within 3-5 business days from the date the order is received. If for any reason your order can’t be shipped within this time frame you will be notified within two business days from the date your order was received.
At this time, Quality Shop Tools ships merchandise to locations within the Continental United States and only guarantees to ship within the Contiguous United States. Not all U.S. locations are deliverable at this time but we will try to cater to every location we can. Please contact us with your location if not in the ‘Contiguous’ U.S. and we will see what we can do.
All orders over $100.00 ship free
All orders under $100.00 will be charged a $10.00 shipping and handling charge.
We use UPS, USPS, and Fed-Ex to deliver to our customers.
Sales Tax
Quality Shop Tools charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this web site and shipped within the state of California based on the applicable state sales tax rate. Orders being shipped within Los Angeles County will be charged the applicable local tax also.
Return Policy
Order Cancellations or Returns: Please contact Quality Shop Tools. If for any reason within 30 days of receipt of your order you are not 100% satisfied you can return your purchase. If items other than what were ordered were delivered or if any items are defective in any way Quality Shop Tools will pay for return shipment or reimburse buyer for return costs and provide a refund for original purchase price. All other items must be returned at customers expense and be in new, resaleable condition and in original packaging to receive a full refund. Call or e-mail for instructions.
